Wednesday Night Power Yoga

We are very proud to announce that we will now be offering Power Yoga classes with the very experienced yoga instructor, Sarah Holland!

Power Vinyasa Yoga will help you improve your core, upper and lower body strength, increase your flexibility, improve your posture, reduce your risk of injury and assists in maintaining a healthy weight. Yoga also assists in reducing the causes and effects of stress, improves your mental clarity, promotes a sense of overall wellbeing, and can assist with depression and/or anxiety.

 

Our Power Yoga class is held every Wednesday night, 6:30pm at Terrigal Scout Hall. Catering for ALL fitness and flexibility levels. $18 drop-in sessions or $75 for a 5 week pack. Bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
