Bootcamp is a military inspired workout that challenges your mind and body. Each session lasts an hour and consists of a mix of strength and cardio exercises incorporating functional equipment such as ropes, tyres, sand bags, kettlebells and a whole lot more.

Our Bootcamp classes provide a supportive training environment where all participants are encouraged to help each other out. Our Bootcamp classes are suitable for all fitness levels and ages and are designed to get you out of your comfort zone and pushing new limits.

Class Information

Cost: Our Bootcamps run for 10 weeks and are $33 direct debit per week or $300 ($15/class) if paid for up-front.
Bring: Water bottle, towel and a smile! :)
