Our group personal training sessions have a maximum of 9 participants per class ensuring that we can provide you with the best possible instruction and motivation to maximise your results. Large groups restrict supervision and instruction which increases injury risk and limits exercise options.

Our group personal training sessions are individually prescribed specific to your groups training goals and past exercise experience. We can tailor your sessions for weight loss, toning, reshaping, strength & fitness. Sessions can be conducted outdoors, in our training studio (maximum 3 people in studio) or feel free to take advantage of our mobile service* and let us come to you.

Group sessions also allow you to train with friends and family which helps maintain a fun and positive training environment.
